A FRESH START

Start a new build.

Begin with an empty room, or make a finished layout your own. Every room, surface and printed detail stays editable.

Starting a new build replaces this device’s autosaved draft. Download it first if you want to keep a copy.

BEFORE YOU BUILD

Keep building?

These printed details cannot stay on their wall or floor after this change. You can remove only these markings and continue, or cancel to move them first.

Your existing build stays saved until you choose.
A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Build a world. Keep it simple.

  1. Select a piece. Click the model, or choose a section in Build. Ctrl/⌘ + click selects several pieces for a shared finish.
  2. Shape the rooms. Enter the room’s width × depth in grid squares and choose its layout in Rooms. Apply size updates the room across all its stories; layout applies to the selected floor. Click a floor, then its + to preview a new room or hallway. Adjust the same size and layout controls, then choose Add room. More settings contains names, floor selection, divider positions, movement, and join alignment. Remove room and Delete offer quick removal. Stories, Roofs, and Balconies have their own bottom tabs. Each connected floor stays one cut piece. When the maximum base plate size is reached, add stories or start another build. Invalid changes leave your last valid design intact.
  3. Make it yours. Materials, Wall details, Floor details, Doors, and Windows share the same bottom panel. Search Materials, Wall details, Floor details, Doors, or Windows, then choose a thumbnail. Switch between the two faces of your selected piece at the top of the panel.
  4. Place and refine. Drag a printed detail on the model, or use its rotation, size, and alignment controls beside the library. Door and window borders offer Match cut shape for a matching opening; moving or resizing the border returns it to free artwork. Layers set which overlapping details appear in front. Doors and windows move horizontally along the wall; valid positions keep openings clear of the joints and other cutouts.
  5. Repeat a pattern. Ctrl/?-click stamps or their Layers rows to select several. Copy and Paste buttons, Ctrl/?+C and Ctrl/?+V, and the right-click menu keep their spacing, sizes, rotations, and layer order. Drag the copied selection as one group; Delete removes it in one undoable change.
  6. Edit roofs. Click a roof or choose the Roofs tab in the bottom panel. Open top removes the roof pieces; Flat terrace and Pitched roof add them. Apply changes to one room or the connected building, then adjust direction, railings, or materials. A pitched roof includes an editable attic floor and ladder access beneath a separate lift-off shell. Open attic edits that floor; Roof cutouts adds real holes to the shell while protecting its edges and joints. Delete removes a selected roof module, and Undo restores it.
  7. Look inside. Use the story tabs, hide roofs, or separate levels. Inspect includes an assembly preview and manufacturing review.
  8. Send your design. Review checks real packed cut sheets and printed faces before a request reaches the local workshop queue.

Builds support up to four stories, flat or pitched roofs, and open, two-room, or four-room floor layouts. Review checks each true-size cut and print piece against the workshop beds. Each new material and structure still needs a workshop test fit before production.
